Creating a strategy for the promotion of music culture and the development of music tourism in the cross-border region
The creation of a Strategy for the Promotion of Music Culture and the Development of Music Tourism in the Cross-Border Region is a key element of this project, as it will identify the main priorities for the development of cultural tourism in the cross-border region by researching and analyzing the specific place of the musical culture characteristic of it. The principles observed in the process of developing the Strategy are those of transparency, continuity, feedback, documentation, etc. The Lead Partner will be responsible for the creation of the Strategy and its development will be entrusted to external experts with sufficient experience in drafting such strategic documents. The Oltenia Philharmony Orchestra will fully support the necessary studies and studies to prepare the document and arrange for its presentation in Romania.
A strategic document will be created within the project – Strategy for the Promotion of Music Culture and the Development of Music Tourism in the Cross-Border Region. It will be a document that explores and analyzes the musical richness of the region, both in terms of authentic music and contemporary music achievements, and outlines the possibilities of using this musical culture as a valuable resource for the development of cultural tourism. development of the Strategy principles of transparency, continuity, feedback, documentation, etc. will be respected.
The main priorities for the development of cultural tourism in the cross-border region will be set out in the document, exploring and analyzing the specific place of the musical culture characteristic of it. The strategy will be developed taking into account the importance of cross-border cooperation and several key points will be included. The first part of the document will be an analysis of the need for a strategy and will look at the main goals, sub-goals and objectives of the document, their relation to other international, national and regional documents, as well as the principles adopted in the implementation of the tasks.
Secondly, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation in the cross-border region will be made. It will include: a description of the general characteristics of cultural tourism in the cross-border region and those specifically designed for the needs of the Strategy and the performance of the resulting tasks, the “passports” of its individual aspects. This is a special element of its content, giving an idea of the development of cultural tourism in the Vidin – Dolj region and showing its present strengths and weaknesses, as well as the future resources of the region for its development. A thorough SWOT analysis of the region will be drawn up on the basis of these “passports”. The final section will set out the priorities and measures for achieving the strategic goal. Here the future tasks, stages, actions, as well as the necessary resources and resources will be outlined to promote the musical culture and the development of music tourism in the region. The final part will look at the methods for monitoring the implementation of the Strategy and the system for its future updating
